Returns
- Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled where possible, and in the same condition received, with all parts and accessories, in original or equally protective packaging. Custom-measure or custom-spec items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty or not as described. Blankwall Carpentry covers return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to post the refund.
