Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Blankwall Carpentry (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers orders placed at blankwallco.com.
1. Shipping Area
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed from the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods, severe weather or carrier disruption. Custom-sized items may need additional time, which we will confirm before you order.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £50. Any shipping charge on orders of £50 or less is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Carriers
We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Large items may be delivered by a two-person team or require a signature.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
7. Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us at info@blankwallco.com as soon as possible; we can update the address only before the order is dispatched.
8. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, or a part is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We will repair, replace or refund damaged or lost items at no cost to you.
