1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
• Credit and debit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express (availability shown at checkout)
• Shop Pay – Shopify’s express checkout, which saves your details for faster future orders
We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or bank transfers for online orders.
2. Currency and Pricing
All prices on blankwallco.com are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50.
3. When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full to your original payment method.
4. Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Card details are encrypted and handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. Blankwall Carpentry never sees or stores your full card number.
5. Order Verification
To protect against fraud, some orders may be held for verification. We may contact you to confirm details, and we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot verify.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or contact your bank. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for timings.
